I use to run a health/wellness facility and the most useful item I always recommended was the exercise/stability/balance ball. It is a great tool to get results. You can use it for abs, legs, arms, back and more. There are several videos out that show entire routines that are all done on or with the ball. I taught several ball classes and everyone was always impressed with how many different things you could do with the balance ball. I mostly use mine for ab workouts...but I change it up every now and then.
