Yo Gabba Gabba —

I had my daughter 12 months ago. She was my first child and I was 39 years old. My dream had been to be single and with no children. I dreamt that since the age of 7. Then one day I woke up with my precious baby girl in my hands wondering how I could have not wanted children before. And also wondering what on Earth mommies did and how I could keep my child entertained.

I took her into the family room and here I started clicking the control for kids shows. She seemed blah about most of them. Every once in a while looking up and most the time not even noticing the TV was on. Then one day I turned on the TV and Yo Gabba Gabba was starting. Vanessa perked up, she began to dance, and at 6 months she could sit through almost the entire show! Since then it's her favorite show.

Not only is it her favorite but it's my favorite too! Excellent show. Songs that are catchy and easy for kids to catch on to. Songs that teach everything from sharing, brushing teeth, being fair, etc. And the music is great. Even for mommy! Very upbeat. I highly recommend this show to mommies with kiddies of all ages.

Oh yes, Yo Gabba Gabba is a great show! My daughter started watching it at a few months. By 6 months she was into it and she is a year old now and still loves it. I would say it's age appropriate for about any age, but the ones that will get the most out of it will be the toddlers. It teaches them so much. How biting is wrong, how brushing your teeth is healthy. All sorts of life lessons and they make them fun which is what makes them stick. You should really check it out.
