I love white wine but am learning about red wine. Yellow Tail was given to me as a gift and I fell in love wiht the taste. It is not an over powering fruity wine nor is it so dry , your mouth feels like the Sahara, — It goes well  with every dish I have ever made and usually is the first bottle to be gone.  It is not expensive and easy to find in your local state store . Yellow Tail is a remarkable wine. The Shiraz is robust. I'm not a wine guru or anything. Very smooth. Goes well with everthing. Good wine for a new wine drinker. Easy to remember name. Would recommend this one for anyone. Yellow Tail Shiraz is by far one of the better tasting wines I have found. It is not bitter, nor too dry.
