Yankee Candle Village Flagship Store - South Deerfield, MA

If you're a Yankee Candle fan then you won't want to miss paying a visit to their Flagship store in South Deerfield, MA.  It really is "the worlds largest candle store" with an amazing and abundant array of candles and gifts to suit every taste. Some of the most delicious scents can be found here, from the traditional like  crisp apples and warm cinnamon to the new holiday scent of  NORTH POLE which is a yummy sweet blend of icy cool mint and sugary rich vanilla cream that's so inviting you just want to keep smelling it. I got mine in the mail the other day and it is really good.

Aside from the obvious awesome candle collection theYankee Candle Village Flagship Store has so much more to offer. You can visit the Bavarian Village, a Christmas fantasy that will delight young and not so young alike. Visit Black Forest and you will literally get snowed on, it snows every day in the Yankee Candle Black Forest except you don't have to shovel it here. There's Wax Works where kids (and adults) can literally dip there hands in warm wax and create their very own 'wax hands' as a wax art souvenir. There's candle making demonstrations and you can even pour a candle of your very own creation.

We usually plan a day trip to YC as it's close to 2 hours away from Boston, well worth the trip in the fall as the foliage is beautiful along the way. I can go on about this fun place but you'll really have to visit it for yourself, you're garanteed to leave with a bucketfull of scrumptiously scented candles and a smile on your face.
