I just opened my Yankee Lemon Lavender Reed Diffuser yesterday, after a day of cleaning, and placed it in my bathroom.  They say to give it 24-48 hours for the scented oil to travel up the wooden sticks but, I noticed the fragrance shortly after putting it in my bathroom.  I've already had 2 compliments on the scented room.  This Lemon Lavender fragrance is very fresh and clean.  I have the large jar candles in this scent because it's so refreshing.

Yankee Lemon Lavender is a powdery fresh blend of tangy lemon citrus and sweet lavender flowers. This Reed Diffuser is attractive and is the perfect way to add fragrance to your home in style! You can use it in any room.  And it's easy to use (unlike many other brands I've used) ... simply place the natural reeds in the decorative fragrance bottle, they absorb the scent oil, draw it to the top and diffuse it into the room air. Each bottle of fragrance oil comes with 10 reeds.

(6.5 fl. oz.) - $21.99.  At this price it is expensive (the jar is larger than most) but check the Yankee Candle website often because they are always having sales on their products.

That's a tough question. I'd say use the diffuser for smaller rooms and candles for larger rooms. I've only used the Lemon Lavender diffuser from Yankee and I'm pleased with it. (They need to lower the price though)

I'd really like to try one of these but we haven't been too sure about it. Which has a stronger scent, the candle or the diffuser?

I have looked at these several times but hesitated to buy them. Thanks for the review.

Oh yeah, it's overpriced. Watch for it on sale. If you like lemon and lavender scents, then try their Lemon Lavender. Its nice together.

I can't tell you how many times I've gone to buy these and just haven't. I guess cuz of the price- but next time, why not. It's only money:) Jo
