I used to listen to my music and surround sound with a basic stereo receiver, they would go out quick and the sound quality was never one to brag about. Then I met my husband, and he showed me what my music and surround sound should sound like....with the Yamaha receiver. For nineteen years now, I have only bought Yamaha receivers. when I ever bought another receiver, it was because I wanted an upgrade, not because the quality failed in my book, or because it broke down. With this new receiver, I have plenty of in-puts and out-puts, there are many options to make any type of sound I listen to, enhanced on this Yamaha. Not only is the sound and options better with this new Yamaha receiver, it's design is sleek and classy, as it always has been for the time era it came out. I know speakers are a big part of sound quality, but I can honestly say that with great speakers, your receiver does matter. The Yamaha definetly enhances my speakers ability to provide great sound, and vice versa. I will continue to buy Yamaha receivers and encouraging my friends and family.
