"You On A Diet" by Dr. Rosen and Dr. Oz is not really a diet book. It's more of a habit, lifestyle changing book. The You Diet starts with explaining how the digestive system works and what happens through your body when you eat something. This is a better way to start eating healthier because, you're taught how your system works so you can understand the why the body reacts as it does and further gets you to how to change your eating and physical fitness habits. You are more likely to work on healthier habits when you've received an explanation as to why and how to do it in an understandable form. Dr. Oz explains the digestive system in a way that I would think small children could understand the book. If you're wanting or needing to change your eating and exercise habits, I recommend starting with this book.
