Flora & fauna be darned. I think this is a disgusting flavor!

Comments about YOPLAIT Black Forest Flavor Light Yogurt:

How (I'm knocking myself on the head) could I buy into the new **YOPLAIT Light Low Fat Yogurt** that purports to remind us of **Black Forest Cake**?

My health goal in eating yogurt is to maintain the balance of my digestive tract.  **YOPLAIT** and many other yogurts supply live and active yogurt cultures which can prove very important in this task.  Most importantly **YOPLAIT LIGHT **contains the beneficial, active bacterial cultures *L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus, *and* Bifidobacterium Lactis BB-12*.*

***OH, OH!***

If I miss a few **YOPLAIT** days and work so hard that I get drenched with sweat, my system responds with a yeast infection practically instantaneously.  Ditto if I sit pressed against a hard chair wearing heavy jeans.

People who wipe from back to front are also very prone to vaginal and bladder infections.  So, too, are uncontrolled diabetics, gals who wear synthetic rather than cotton underwear, and those engaged in a course of anti-biotics.

I consume one or more six-ounce containers of **YOPLAIT** daily to help prevent irritating bacterial disorders.  I've gravitated to this brand mainly because it's there, it's better than the generics, and it's often on sale.  I also eat a few spoonsful if I'm taking potential stomach irritants like *Ibuprofen* in the middle of the night.

Generally, **YOPLAIT** makes it easy to do preventative "dosing".  I'm fond of *Raspberry Cheesecake, Strawberry Shortcake, Blueberry Patch *and*, *particularly, *French Vanilla*.  I'm not jazzed by the use of *Aspartame* as a sweetener or by the prominent appearance of *High Fructose Corn Syrup *(second on the list of ingredients).

***MY AMBIVALENT ViewPoint***

Thank heaven for the huge choice of flavors.

This horrid, almond extract-laced flavor is a reminder that you can't eat your yogurt and have your cake, too.  If I had only** Black Forest Cake** flavor, I'd be in trouble.

ZIP STARS for the flavor.  THREE-AND-A-HALF for the brand in general.
