Xerox 8560 prints beautifully but has some drawbacks.

I am a retired Xerox manager now working as a consultant out of my home. The Xerox 8560 solid ink printer makes stunning output on all kinds of paper. I wanted solid ink because it does not run if it gets wet and I knew the ink sticks last forever. 95% of the time I am thrilled with this machine. The drawbacks have been: [1] It was not easy to get installed and the Xerox on-line and telephone support were not as much help as I would have expected.
