 We bought the XBOX 360 system (3 of them!) at our children's strong encouragement. While not amused at the large price tag of this system we figured it would likely be well worth it since it was a Microsoft product and we consider Bill Gates to be the greatest PC engineer there ever was. —   Our sons wanted this system so badly because of Halo 3 and forza 2 games. There are some pros and cons, but mostly pros. I do not own one myself, but my boyfriend, an intense video gamer, does. He enjoys it very much -- almost too much. The Xbox 360 provides amazing graphics and easy controls often allowing you to switch button controls to the way you are most confortable with. My only qualm is that when my boyfriend does play, that's all he'll do. I can't get any answers out of him and tearing his attention away is like ripping apart two super-glued nickels -- almost impossible. my boyfriend and i have had bought our xbox 360 the day they came out there was a few problems over the years with the three rings of death on like 4 of the systems but we had the warranty thing and the sent us new ones but other than those few minor problems it is very great the online is fantastic. over the years of playing online we have met quite a few new friends. some of hte games aren't the best online but there are some that are better than playing by yourself. i love this system i think it is better than the other ones out there. and if xbox makes a new one i will deffinatly buy it. —… read full review »

This device is much better than the original XBOX.  The online play is better than anything else.  You have the option for wireless controllers, which gives you space to move while playing.  The HardDrive is much bigger and you can store things such as music, games, and movies.  You can even sync your computer to your XBOX 360.  You can choose from original XBOX games to play as well as brand new games for the XBOX 360.  So, if you upgrade from an original to a 360, you won't be losing out.… read full review »

The Xbox 360 console is one of the most advanced gaming device in the world. The games are outstanding and very numerous. Some people seem to get the Red Ring of Death but I have had mine for 2 years now and still haven't experienced any problems yet.
