It is a remote made by Xbox that has all the buttons you need to watch and scan Dvd's on your Xbox console. It is black with white and green buttons that glow in the dark, a great feature. The Xbox controller can seem strange to use when using it as a remote form when watching Dvd's on your Xbox, this is the solution. There are 27 buttons that offer the following: display, reverse, play, forward, skip, stop,, pause, skip+, title, select has 5 buttons to choose from, menu,  back, and numbers 1 - 9 + 0.  It works with an infra red module that is plugged into the front of your Xbox. The remote also runs on 2 AAA batteries. This is a great and cheap investment, and works great as an add on to your Xbox. They are also a great deal, considering thet noe only cost around $5.00 on sale. Good value, good and useful product to have on hand.
