Most HelpfulGreat System for a standard person use, it has great graphics for those who are intrested in playing for a while not for everyday use. It does have a bulky size and design which don't allow for system piling such as putting a DVD Player or VCR on top. However it does allow for DVDs to be played with...

Most HelpfulWhile my son was more than excited that he had saved his hard earned money to purchase his very own Xbox, I was a little less than excited when I realized the cost of the games associated. It's hard for me to imagine plopping down $35 - $60 per game that my 15 year old son seems to "beat" in less than...
read full review »I think xbox is the best vidio game console out their today. It has the best games, the best graphics, It doesnt burn up easy like the ps2 does. It is fun for all ages out their you can even download music on it to listen to it while you are playing the game expecially when you play grand theft auto 3.
The good: Best under-the-hood specs; built-in broadband adapter; 8GB hard drive for music and saved-game storage; high-resolution display support.
The bad: Big and bulky; separate kit required to unlock DVD-viewing capability; no progressive-scan DVD playback.
The bottom line: The Xbox is the most versatile console and perfectly complements a home-theater system.

Ever since microsoft came out with the Xbox I have enjoyed it's uses and games that were provided for it and as a first system for this company it should be considered a great success. The aspects of this product that i enjoy is that they made it possible to have four players going at the same time, i haven't seen this since Nintendo 64, and i'm not including the muti-tap that playstation uses. This system has a lot of first person shooters that you can choose from along with lots of other types of games. The wires that it came with are built very nicely and i haven't had any problems...

It was and still is the first of its kind containing a huge hard drive and countless games and superior graphics , the original Xbox just blew away its competitors. Created by Microsoft to compete with rising popularity of the Sony Playstation, this battle of titans announced the leap from the older 16-32 bit game consoles the once ruled the game world (SNES, Genesis). Nintendo wasn't to be left behind when they introduced the GameCube to make it a triangular jaugernaut of a war. But the GameCube's...
read full review »The Xbox Gaming console is the evolution to gaming. The better of the two gaming console when compared to the Play Station 2. It has bulk and big colorfull graphics that give the eye watching the TV Screen while playing a relaxed feel beeing able to see the graphics in an ease instead of little dark dots in it's competition. And being relaxed is a whole lot better. It's these little things such as graphics that a lot of people do not realize their own mood in their own gaming experience and how the graphics and concetration on the TV screen can reflect your whole mood in your gaming experience. ...

In my household we have an Xbox and my family loves to play it. We have family nights playing games on it. We have many games such as fight night which is a boxing game and Madden football. This game consoul doesn't cost much, its gives you a run for your money. This game consoul is mostly an intrest to children and teens, but its a really great for all ages. The Xbox comes with one controller but you can buy one at Wal-mart, Target, and...

It's hard for me to imagine plopping down $35 - $60 per game that my 15 year old son seems to "beat" in less than 2 weeks. The games themselves seem incredible, the special effects, the detail, etc....but I think the cost is unrealistic. I've started to encourage renting, although that doesn't appeal to my son. The game system itself is amazing (let me compare it to Atari or Pong real quick) and there seem to...

Even after all this time and having an Xbox 360 I still love dusting off my old Xbox every once in a wihle and playing a game or two multiplayer with some friends. The fact that this console released with a hard drive was what set it apart from the rest for me, that and the graphics! Being able to save files locally and access them in game was great. Also, many games came with custom sound track profiles for music stored on the hard drive, which was good because most often times the boring music in-game starts...
read full review »the xbox game console is a great gameing console for kids. the graphic's are great and the sounds amazing. they have lots of game to choose from. for ages 3 to adult. and they arent that expensive. my kids love to play xbox after school. i worried that some of the games wouldnt be very educational for the younger kids but it has a very wide arrange of games that can help the young eager learners in your house hold. some of the games range from prices as low as 9.99 and as high as 60.00. you cant play any other game console games on it so its pretty much just a xbox game case only. he xbox it self...
