This game is awesome it never gets old and it's so fun how you like have a whole bunch of challenges that you can complete and stuff for xbox live, if u get this game you have to get Xbox LIVE or else its like a sin. Originally when we purchased Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare for my husband's Xbox 360, I didn't see him for more than 10 minutes at a time!  This went on for a good 3 months or more.  Next thing know I have a second TV and Xbox 360 in my livingroom, both connected to the internet so my husband and his friend can both play online and still be able to hang out together.  Low and behold there came a week when my husband's buddy was out of town and there was nobody to play online with him, so I picked up the controller and stumbled through a few rounds, much like a puppy learning to swim!

Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare has to be the best of all of the Call of Duty games because of the multi-player maps and weapons. Although it does not include the ray gun or flamethrower like Call of Duty 5 it still contains many modern weapons that the other games do not. Also the map on Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare are much better. I specifically enjoy the shipment map. It is a small area map in witch an all shotgun match can be highly entertaining. Also there is a map with a helicopter crashed in the middle. The fun of sniping from the high towers in the corners of the map can not be beat....

I have to say this game is definitely the best in the series.  They did a great job at accomplishing their goal of making sure this wasn't just another typical first person shooter.  The online multi-player is amazing.  The best part is the fact that you can rank your character up while playing online by completing in-game challenges.  This results in unlocking different weapons and perks that are able to be equipped and used against your online opponents. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is the best video game I have ever played. I find this game to be the most accurate and up to date war game on the market today. This game keeps me on the edge of my chair at all times.
