I have XM Radio in my suburban.  I love it.  It is so nice to listen to music and not have to have it interrupted with commercials.  It is great also to be able to listen to music while going thru remote areas that don't have radio stations.  You can listen to continual music without interruption.  It is also very affordable.  It is great!
