XM radio does not have good customer service. I had a 3-year subscription, and a few months ago my unit stopped being authorized before my subscription ran out. 2 long calls with their customer service did not help, so I told them to cancel my service.
Now they believe that I owe them money because they automatically renewed my service- even though I cancelled it. It took much yelling to get the renewal cancelled. I would never, ever use them again.
Internet radio will soon be available in cars everywhere, so I will just wait for that and XM can go away. My IPOD gives me all the music I want anyhow.
