    call service center is in India, loops music every few hours, there are still blind spots, COMMERCIALS!, automatic renewal, need special receiver, subscription cost is fairly high, the web site isn't very user friendly

XM radio does not have good customer service. I had a 3-year subscription, and a few months ago my unit stopped being authorized before my subscription ran out. 2 long calls with their customer service did not help, so I told them to cancel my service.

Now they believe that I owe them money because they automatically renewed my service- even though I cancelled it. It took much yelling to get the renewal cancelled. I would never, ever use them again.

Internet radio will soon be available in cars everywhere, so I will just wait for that and XM can go away. My IPOD gives me all the music I want anyhow.
