XM Satellite Radio  — 

I got this service for my birthday last week, and it's amazing - crystal clear sound, and sooooo many channels!  and it's fairly inexpensive, only 12 bucks for so a month.  If you are in your car at least 30 minutes a day, it's totally worth it.  I listen to the comedy channels to cheer myself up in the morning.
