Great radio..Unbelievably bad customer service

call service center is in India, loops music every few hours, there are still blind spots, customer service (actually NONE), the web site isn't very user friendly

XM Satellite Radio —

XM is actually a great way to hear great music...unless you manage to get somewhere that blocks the signal (like under a tree/bridge/garage). Their customer service however is the worst I've EVER experienced.

Example...I attempted to buy ANOTHER radio from the XM site. But I couldn't because they locked my account..why? Because my credit card expired within a month. It didn't matter that my account was paid for 120+ more days, or that the credit card in question had not expired yet. "customer service" in 'India' refused to do ANYTHING until I gave them another credit card (which I refused to do)...The poor guy kept trying to make that sell.."If you will just give me your credit card information",,,That was call #1

Calls 2+3 didn't get me anywhere either (in fact I've been on hold for a supervisor for 52 minutes)..so I'm just going to cancel this stuff and play Pandora in the car.

I agree! Horrible customer service. I am going to cancel once my promotional period is over. I just spent 25 minutes on the phone over a bill inquiry. I could not understand a word the person was saying to me.
