    call service center is in India, Don't need the commercials :-(, there are still blind spots, a monthly fee, COMMERCIALS!, need special receiver

I have used XM for about 5 years and enjoyed the music.  I recently closed my account to save money and they charged me any way.  I have called them three times and each time they say they have credited my account and it will appear on my statement in 72 hours.  I think they are trying to make ends meet in this bad economy by charging their customers even when they cancel and then apologyizing and delaying the refund.  The music was good but regular radio is just fine and it doesn't cost you.  I have to say my husband used it quite often at the jobsite and found it very good.  If you go with XM make sure you want to stay because they will charge you any way.  I originally was introduced to the product through a free trial when I purchased a new car.  We still have Xm in a new truck we purchased and will keep it until the trial period runs out.  In fact we were going to sign up for an additional period before all this started with trying to get a refund buy have decided not to.
