Stayed at Ocean Walk in April 2007, and would never stay here again. Although the rooms were nice, we had no hot water for days and the parking was horrible. We would come back to the hotel and have no place to park. Paid alot of money for nothing. There were no towels available because the laundry was done in Orlando and they had to wait for the delivery. We went to Walmart for towels! They make such a big thing about security, but most of the time all the gates were wide open. I picked this hotel because I was taking several kids with me and safety was a top concern to me. Definitely didn't feel safe when people were walking off the beach in to our hotel even though they weren't staying there. There were several wild parties in our hotel that kept us up till all hours. Cops were there busting up the parties. Had people knocking on our door late at night. Employees were complaining about the hotel, stating that it has gone downhill since the takeover. Its a shame that for such a nice hotel that has so much going for it could go downhill so fast.
