I know I need to drink water, I just don't want to. Not plain anyways. But I find that I do like to drink something throughout the day, but I battle with the danger of becoming diabetic as I had gestational diabetes. So I try not to drink sugared beverages so I drink a lot of Crystal Lite type drinks. I do like Crystal Lite a lot but it can be pretty expensive, so I have no problem buying off brands or store brands as long as they are sugar free. I hate water but I am trying to find something to add to it without all the sugar. I tried Wyler's light singles on the go. The lemonade flavor and it pretty good. I'll continue to use it and try other flavors. I found it on sale for a dollar.
