These are a great fruity candy if you don't mind a lot of crunching on your teeth. They come in four tasty flavors, cherry, orange, lime and banana. I know these are just filled with sugar, but if you enjoy hard candy these are great. My personal favorite types of Runts are the newer chewy Runts. They have a few more flavors like sour apple and grape in these bags, and I like that they are chewy and not so hard on your teeth. They are almost like gum, and they have a nice soft texture when you bite into them. I like the fruit flavors, my favorite is banana and orange, and I have never found any other candy quite like these.

I love Runts. I always have. They are one of the most fun candies I can think of. I have always gotten a real kick out of the mini fruit flavors. I like the banana the best. They have a very realistic fruity kind of taste and then a somewhat crunchy mixed with a somewhat powdery taste to them. they are crunch-able, a bit of sweet and, mixed with a bit of tart. They have a very smooth and shiny outer appearance and a they all have a white inside. They are fruity flavored coated candies that are shaped like fruit and taste very fruity as well. The are especially good for watching movies and crunching. Ultimately though, they are relatively hard on the teeth. Runts are a great little candy that are comparable to and are similar to spree's candy. I enjoy them very much and, will continue to do so. I'd proudly recommend them to anyone.

I really do not like Wonka Runts! I find that they're way too hard and hurt my teeth to bite into them! They are also kind of sour. I do not like the banana flavor ones and have to pick them out if I eat them. They're also very tiny so I worry about my little kids eating them. I have never been a fan of these and I don't recommend them. There's much better candies out there!

Runts come in four fruit flavors ( cherry, orange, banana, and lime), and the lime ones are really the only ones I like. To me, the cherry ones taste how nail polish smells (weird right?). I don't really like orange-flavored candy in general, and the orange Runts are included in that. And, as others have commented, the banana ones just aren't that good. Plus, they tend to be rock-hard compared to the other ones.

Wonka makes some of the best candy in the whole world. Their 'Runts' candy are a very delicious, tart, fruit candy. They are a hard candy but can also be bought in Runts Chewy. Either way they are awesome. I personally like the soft chewy ones better only because it does hurt my sensitive teeth when crunching into a hard candy piece. They have lots of fruit flavors including banana, orange, strawberry, green apple and grape currently. They have changed the flavors since they first came out. The original were the best. They are packaged in cardboard containers, the size you would usually get at your local movie theater or movie rental store. Wonka Runts are definitely a great pick.

I take my 12 and 9 year old to the store everyday for a treat because the do well in school.  Their treat varies...My daughter however loves the chewy runts candy.  I must admit-I get a kick out of eating them myself.  It's fun to feel the different flavors melting in your mouth and you can figure out the flavors each time.

I've been eating Runts since I was a little kid, & I still love them!  All except the banana, but I'm not crazy about banana flavored anything.  And, they're probably not as bad for you as a lot of the other candy out there.

nom nom nom. these are great! the red and pink (i think cherry and strawberry) are my favorite. the banana are pretty gross, so i try to pick them out and eat them first! these candys are meant to be savored, but you can also chew them up to eat them quickly! enjoy!

I've been eating Runts since I was a kid and there are so many reasons to love them.  I learned the other day that a lot of people I know have never even heard of them!  So I am here to share the yummy goodness of runts with all of you. **What are Runts?**Runts are hard candy that come in a mixed collection of fruit shaped colorful pieces.  They are hard enough that you could suck on them forever, but soft enough that you can chew them if you really want to. **Where are Runts?**Most of the time, I only buy Runts out of those candy machines at malls and stores.  You probably see them all the time and don't even notice that they are Runts!  Put in a quarter and out pops a handful of Runts.  Put in 2 quarters and you have the perfect serving size (in my opinion).  According to the website, Runts are also sold in boxes of 1.8 oz or 7 oz.  However I've had a hard time finding them at the stores I normally shop at.  Runts are also sold as parts of novelty items.  My most recent batch came from the Rainforest Cafe.  It's in a cute little container that looks like a mini candy container you would see at a bulk food store.  It comes complete with a mini scoop that slides into the side.  It's awesome!  If you are really desperate, I've seen bulk packages of Runts online for vending machines and thought about buying one because I just love them that much! **Why do I love Runts?**First off, Runts are a very healthy candy.  With 0 grams of fat, 60 calories, and only 14 grams of sugar, they are one of the best choices out there.  Since they are hard candy, you can suck on them for a long time meaning the enjoyment last longer than it does with chocolate or chewable candies.  The different fruit flavors are great!  They don't necessarily taste like fruit, but they do taste very yummy.  I love the bananas because they are fun to eat, but my favorite flavor is the blue ones which I think are blueberries.  The other fruity shapes are oranges, strawberries, cherries, and some green fruit which I haven't figured out.  I have heard that some stores sell a different variety but these are generally what I have seen. **Another Variety!**Some people love Runts but don't like hard candy.  If you are one of those people, you should check out Chewy Runts!  These little red packages are only sold in single packs of 1.8 oz.  I've seen Chewy Runts at many stores and buy them often when I'm checking out.   The chewy factor does add .5 grams of fat and an extra gram of sugar, but they are still very healthy compared to other candies.  I do like the chewy kind because the flavor is slightly different and they have the consistency of skittles.  Overall though, I always go looking for the Hard Runts. **Conclusion**If you've never had Runts, check out those candy machines on your way out of the store and try some.  It's only 25cents!  Otherwise, if you've had Runts, I hope this review reminded you of how fantastic they are.  I love them and only wish they were easier to find.  Enjoy!!
