Its feature articles are devoted to information on food and nutrition, health and fitness, beauty and fashion as well as the traditional values of home, family and children. The changing needs of women are also of concern with articles that focus on careers, money management, law and relationships.
This magazine has several things like on the last page is one of quotes for you to hang on to. There are topical issues each month that they single out such as the issue of autism, health in general, mental health. Then you have recipes and meal planning.
