I was skeptical buying this one because there were so few reviews, however, the other rice cookers/steamers in this price range had such mixed reviews that I took my chances on this one. I love it! The rice was cook perfectly, no burnt rice on the bottom at all. Also, the keep warm feature does not burn the rice either. Additionally, the inside of the rice cooker is removable making for very easy cleaning. Really great!
This rice cooker makes the perfect sticky rice. Don't follow the recipe on the bag of rice...instead, try pouring 2 cups of rinsed long grain or medium rice into the nonstick...

Wolfgang Puck 10 Cup Rice Cooker
I love my rice cooker I have. You can cook rice and steam veggies at the same time. The rice comes out perfect everytime. The veggies come out nice and soft. I dont thing you can every over cook it unless you leave the rice on all day long. What I like most about the rice cooker is that it is so easy to clean up after each use. Another thing is that you dont only have to cook white rice you can also cook spanish rice. Before I had the rice cooker I would "TRY" to cook it on the stove and never came out right. It was either not cooked enough to where it is still crunchie or You put TOO much water...
