Wolfgang Puck Cookware Products —
I bought a set of Wolfgand Puck cookware after reading some good reviews. These are all clad with a middle copper layer for even heat distribution, recommended for a gas cooktop which I use. I love they way they heat and I love the glass tops that fit well and allow you to view your food as it is cooking. These are not a non-stick surface, so clean-up is a little more difficult, but they do go in the dishwasher. I have noticed they scratch somewhat easily. It doesn't effect cooking performance, but they don't look pretty for long. I have noticed the smaller pans are not balanced, so they tend to tip on my gas stovetop as I am pre-heating. It's fine once you add food to balance the weight of the handle.
