Wolfgang Puck Bread Maker Review

Bought this from HSN and was excited after watching the broadcast on this product.   I had to return it, whether it was defective or not, it didn't work as they said.   The bread came out with a super hard crust on the bottom and sides and I picked the light crust setting.   Tried making a few loaves on different settings and nothing made a difference, I had to cut of most of the loaf as it was inedible.    Back to baking bread the old fashioned way, mixing, kneading, rising, rising, shaping, baking, cooling, enjoying......when I do get the urge to try the bread machine again I'll do a thorough search on product reviews putting Zojirbishi at the top.   Disappointed really like a few of his products I do own.  At least it was easy to return to HSN, wonder where they found all those people who call in to say what a wonderful product this is,  or did they just get the only batch of these that actually work.
