Measure, Mix, Store and Serve....smooth, very smooth!

No working kitchen is complete without a good assortment of mixing bowls.  You need them when you cook, bake and sometimes just to help out with food prep.  And, if you can use them for storage and (gasp) serving, well that's just a plain bonus.

When the lovely Mrs. Xeno and I got together we wound up with a common kitchen malady called "way too much stuff".  We had mixing bowls of all sizes, materials and grades of quality.  There was a definite need to skinny down here.

So, of course when I spotted the Wolfgang Puck 16 piece Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl Set at Sam's Club last year I just passed...
