I'm not one for herbal remedies normally since they're usually not very effective but this was recommended to me as I was wandering the aisles of my local health food shop with a friend and sniffling from my seasonal allergies. The woman at the store assured me that it would be fabulous for my symptoms and I broke down and purchased a bottle. It was certainly an experience. First off this stinks. Seriously stinks. Even with a stuffy nose I could smell it. My cat ran running from the bathroom when I opened it for the first time. Definitely turn on the bathroom fan when you're using this! Supposedly the ultra stinky horseradish is supposed to get your mucous membranes working and flush out any stuck bad stuff so you can breathe freely again. I found it more like paying to experience cutting onions. I gave this a try following the instructions and immediately had teary eyes and my nose was running like a faucet. Yes, it did get things moving, but not in a good way. At all. It took a good hour or so for me to recover from the experience of using this solution that was supposed to help me. I really cannot recommend this. There are so many better ways to experience allergy relief than by suffering from using this solution.
