Wings for Children is a state-wide child advocacy organization based in Myrtle Beach, SC. They monitor state agencies charged with helping children and try to bring about changes for better services to children. Wings for Children works with children who are abused, abandoned or stolen and strives to offer them hope that tomorrow will be better.

Wings For Children has never accepted a fee of any kind. It is funded personally by its Founder, Karole Jensen, and through private donations.

They have a valuable network of people that care about these children and who are willing to give time, attention and hard work on their behalf. Their dedication comes from the outrage they feel for the plight of abused abandoned, neglected and missing children.

The Angel Wings program was formally organized following the financial support of the Energizer Senior Tour Championship of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

This affiliate program provides free air transportation to and from various counties and states for children of abuse, neglect, exploitation and children that have been stolen. They also provide transportation for children that need medical treatment. Services are available to those who are financially distressed or unable to travel on public transportation.

For more info on this worthy organization, please go to http://www.wingsforchildren.org/ or e-mail Karole at WingsforChildren@sc.rr.com
