Wingate Inn is closer to level of service and standard of comfort of much higher priced luxury chains Double door closet felt like home.Electronic safe nice no key to lose.Lovely decor clean and stylish bathroom of boutique style hotels. 4 restaurant options in parking lot across the street but mostly had fruit from micro fridge.free airport shuttle where you could shop.Got nice tan by tiny pool.Overall very very nice. will go out of my way to stay at Wingates Nationwide and hope they are half as nice as this one.Money Savers: Short Walk, Didn't have priveate .car...even though could rent one… read full review »

the Wingate at orlando was a very comfortable and clean hotel. pleenty of comfortable sleeping space, good relaxing chairs and tables. pool were very clean as with the whole hotel. dining area and food were also great. this was a continental breakfast only area,but the breakfast was immense. local and chain restaurants were within short walking distance. over all i was very pleased with this hotel and would go back.Dining: Short Walk, threre is a dennys, chillis,bennigans, and a tony russo's restaurant side by side and within a short(500 ft) from the main interest. for those who like… read full review »

What I liked about the Wingate Inn is that it made my weekend getaway comfortable. There was plenty of drawer space for my clothes, closet provided me with an ample supply of hangers form my pants and shirts. I also liked that that bathroom had plenty of towels! I did not have to worry too much about location as it had easy access to the areas I wanted to visit. For example, City Walk, shopping, restaurants. The Wingate Orlando International was in a great location for us. We needed to return to the airport the following morning to catch a shuttle for a cruise and it was so close plus the hotel provided shuttle service to and from the airport which was very nice. Wingate Inn was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable and overall the hotel was very clean. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was incredible, I was very surprised. If you have access to a car, you are close to all activities and dinning, formal and informal. The Wingate Inn at Orlando Airport was a good value. I would recommend this as a business hotel or for personal travel. The only problems I had was that the air conditioner made a lot of noise the first night, but I figured out that I needed to "reset" it the second night. Additionally, the maid forgot to clean my room after the first night, but that didn't matter much to me. Good airport location. The hotel was very easy to get to even if you are unfamiliar with the area. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful.
