1 star rating

a homeowner, a busy person, Practical, professional window cleaner
Pros

    no fumes

Cons
leaves streaks, pad doesn't stay on enough to finish job, Not great for bugs stuck on window, Not cost effective, Pads don't stay in place, Pads too expensive; not for apt bldgs, Handle is not adjustable, buy refills sooner or later, leaves hard water mineral deposits, Can't recycle parts, extremely expensive, not long enough for upstairs windows, Still have to wash indoors regular way, I wish they made an all natural version, leaves water marks, not eco-friendly, not for indoor use, cannot be disassembled, have to drag garden hose around, Not very environmentally friendly, Cannot make smaller for storage

I received a sample of the "Windex Outdoor All-In-One Window Cleaner" to try.    It was fairly easy to use, except that the handle was not adjustable, nor was it long enuf to reach the high windows.   Unfortunately, it left quite a few streaks and water spots.   (Note:  I only used it on 2 windows as water from the garden hose leaves hard mineral deposits which will must eventually be scraped off with a razor blade, a time and energy intense project.)

In order to give this item an even more thorough test, I also used it on my car windows.   What a mess!   They actually looked worse than before I began!

I would not recommend this product because 1)  it did not work, and 2)  the refills are way too costly for my lifestyle.

NOTE: the reviewer indicated that they received a sample of Windex Outdoor All-In-One Window Cleaner
