I love this product! It was so easy to use, especially for someone like me who HATES cleaning. I mostly hate cleaning windows so this tool makes it so much easier! There was no having to get up onto my stepstool to reach the highest parts of my sliding glass doors or my high windows! It was so easy even my husband didn't mind using it! I will definately buy the refills too. If you are a neat freak (which I am not) this product may not clean as well as you would like, but for those of us who are too busy to worry about our windows being spotless this is the tool for you!
