I overall liked the Windex Outdoor Cleaner and found it largely did what it said it would.  I feel the box is misleading by stating it will reach up to 11 feet.  The pole that comes with the Cleaner is 4 feet long and I guess since I am 6 foot 5" and have long arms it will reach almost 11' including my height.  It does also allow you to attach a mop handle or extension pole (not included) in the threaded handle which I guess if you can find a 7' extension pole would make it reach 11 feet but to state on the box that it reaches 11' is simply untrue and unneccesary to state at least not without clarification.

It does state on the box that it comes with 4 1' sections of pole a handle and a cleaning head so if you know that the handle and the cleaning head are each less than a foot long and that the sections each connect using about 2-3" of their 1 ft length as connector to the next piece you should realize the pole is not going to actually be 11' long.  I hate to harp on this as the connectors being as long as they are makes the pole very sturdy and a lot of modular mop handles (screw in type) will act as extension poles (but again these are typically about 3 and 1/2 to 4 feet in length so you end up typically with a 7.5 to 8 foot pole.

I have a number of 2nd story windows and other ground floor windows that are high due to slope on my lot ( I have a walkout or garden level basement in the rear of my home) and I really looked forward to having an 11 foot pole to reach these windows with from at most a step stool.  But even being 6' 5" and even with a mop handle addition I could not reach many of my windows without a tall ladder.  Another 4' would have been nice.  I looked at Home Depot and at Lowes for a 7-10' extension pole that had a threaded end but could not find one so I guess that's why I am harping on this somewhat minor issue (which for me was actually not so minor).

On the bright side, although my windows weren't filthy, the Windex Outdoor All-In-One did a good job of cleaning them and I did not have the same problem removing bugs or other debris some other reviewers have complained about.  The Windex Cleaner is very easy to use (if you can reach the windows) and with the mop handle extension did make it possible for me to avoid using the extension on my 12-20' extension ladder to clean even my highest windows and that is a great thing and makes me feel much safer.  With the mop handle extension and long arms I could reach almost all ground floor windows without having to push through the shrubbery around my home so the product is in fact convenient to use.

If someone else out there could direct me to a preferably 10' extension pole (preferably a light weight but very sturdy plastic or aluminum) with a screw head This would just about solve my outdoor window cleaning chore.  And it does do a better job than just a pressure washer (even one with soap dispenser) as a little elbow grease tends to remove the stubborn things that high pressure spray alone leaves.  It also does leave the windows relatively streak free.

My only other complaint is that after cleaning all the outside windows, my wife suddenly noticed the insides were dirty and I bought myself another couple of hours work cleaning all the inside windows (where I couldn't just use a hose and the Outdoor All-In One but was stuck with a good old bottle of windex and rags.

I think, as long as you realize the pole is very short (barely over 4 feet including the handle and head) you will probably really find this a useful tool and it will clean 20 windows as advertised (on my home it cleaned 16 windows and three sets of french doors (with full length glass) and one single door with full length glass which is probably the equivalent of about 25-26 windows.  It really is handy and well designed and as long as you choose a sturdy lightweight extension is not difficult to handle.  For those of you with ranch style or other single level homes on flat lots this is a tool I would endorse without reservation.  For the rest of you, I would have to mention the caveats re actual reach of the Windex Outdoor All-In-One.

I would add that effortless as one reviewer put it is more than a little misleading, it is relatively easy to use and certainly makes the job easier but if you don't wash the outside or your windows very regularly it still takes some scrubbing.  But I would also say that unless you have an awful problem with large bugs commiting suicide at high speeds against your windows and you do clean fairly regularly it does a good job of removing the normal unaged bug carcasses and other debris like leaf remnants, etc. and I certainly did not have to hand scrub my windows after using it.  But maybe the person complaining was using it on a camper or travel trailer and had some 70 mile per hour bug splatter to remove or lives in an area with a large number of particularly suicidal and gooey bugs.

For full disclosure, I will add I received a review copy of the product free of charge (and must say to some extent I regret receiving it as it encouraged my wife to "encourage" me to clean the windows all over the house outside and in. ;-()

NOTE: the reviewer indicated that they received a sample of Windex Outdoor All-In-One Window Cleaner
