Windex Outdoor All-In-One Window Cleaner — 

As pointed out in the following email from SC Johnson's Consumer Relationship Center, there is no quick and easy way of doing windows.

Thank you for letting us know about the streaks on your windows after using Windex™ Outdoor All-In-One Glass Cleaning Tool. I will share your comments with our Quality Assurance team.

At SC Johnson we stand behind our products and expect that you get full value from any product you purchase. I am mailing a replacement coupon for a refill to you along with a coupon for Windex® Vinegar Glass Cleaner. I hope you'll give our product another try.

Some reasons streaks may result after Windex® Outdoor is used are:

- The product was allowed to dry before rinsing (should only be left on window for 15 seconds)
- Hard water can leave calcium deposits on windows
- Window not rinsed top to bottom
- Incomplete removal of suds
- Low water pressure

We also recommend cleaning the windows when it is cooler or overcast, as the sun will dry the product faster; early mornings or evenings would be best. If you have hard water, wipe or squeegee the windows.

To remove the streaks from the windows we do have a few different suggestions. First try using the product a second time on one window first. Apply the product as directed. Then, rinse the window until no more suds can be detected and continue rinsing for another 10 seconds. You can also try using Windex® Vinegar Glass Cleaner (if this is not available try a solution of plain water and vinegar). If the streaks look like hard water deposits (white in color), then LIME AWAY will work.
