Getting this in the mail was a thrill...like opening a Christmas present in the Spring. And I was all ready for some Spring cleaning as I assembled my new Windex Outdoor All-in-One Window Cleaner. Thinking I would clean my first story windows and then move on to the second story, I only connected two poles; a simple twist and they popped into place. Next I pulled the cleaning pad out of the packet and attached it to the head. So far, no complaints!
Then I stepped outside to start the "dreaded" window washing. A spray at the windows and washing effortlessly, followed by a final rinse and the job was done. A few streaks, but not bad for a quick go. I began the disassembly... or so I thought. No matter how much I twisted and turned the poles, they would not let go. In frustration, I tossed the tool into a cleaning closet and picked up the box to place with it. Only then did this note catch my eye: "Tool can not be disassembled." Duh! for me, but not so smart on Windex's part either. Now, I am not pleased because I can't even attempt to try cleaning my upstairs windows with my new tool.
A wrap up: I would not recommend this to family and friends. As I have the easy access windows that I can clean from the inside, the tool is no longer a motivation to clean my windows on any given pretty day.
