I recieved the Wilton brand jelly roll pans, cupcake pans and cake pans as a wedding gift a few years back and fell in love the first time I used them. They weren't as expensive as some of the other brands out there are like Calphalon and such, but they're still very good. They're very durable and strong... unlike other cheaper brands that tend to be flimsy, especially over time. They're very easy to clean as well. They have some kind of coating, not quite non-stick, but just a little spray or butter and they clean beautifully. And they also don't seem to rust if you forget and leave them wet a while like the older, cheaper ones do as well. I think the only complaint, and not even a real "complaint" would be that the bottom of your cakes or cupcakes to tend to darken easier. They don't get burnt, but they do get darker, which could be a turn off to most people, but I still love these pans. These are wonderful pans, and if you ever see pans on a registry but can't afford the high end ones, I'm sure the bride would be just as happy with these.
