OK Folks...I went out and bought a set of 4 Wilton round cake pans..6, 8, 10, and 12 inch.. They are absolutely awesome! Everything seems to bake evenly.. I do not have to use the spray Cake release..I discovered that you can spray the pan with cooking spray and then pour in the batter... I have been using my set now for about 6 weeks... Not once did a cake stick! The Wilton cake pans are amazing! I was surprised, pleasantly so, to see how easily the pans cleaned up.. I washed them by hand in mild dishwashing liquid.. Great for baking.

They're great for baking, but even the non-stick bakeware has to be thoroughly greased and floured otherwise your cakes will not come out in one piece.
