I really like the Wilton Bake It Better 12 Cavity Bar Pan. I primarily use it to make mini brownies. I love the edge brownies [you know where they have the crispy yummy edges?] and have tried the brownie pans specifically made to create the edge brownies with no luck. This is perfect for making "edge" brownies. It has more uses besides that but that's just my primary use for it. This pan is great quality. It's not flimsy at all. I don't ever have a problem with my baked goods sticking to the pan. Because items don't stick it's pretty easy to clean, simply let it soak for a few minutes and wipe it out with a sponge. I've had this pan for a number of years and it's still just as good as day one. My mom has now invested in one and she uses it for SO many different baked goods because she likes to make individual portions for parties and whatnot. I highly recommend the Wilton Bake It Better 12 Cavity Bar Pan. It's a really good quality pan and has a lot of uses.

Whenever I used to bake individual cookie bars, brownies, etc. for a bake sale, I struggled with trying to cut the items into even sizes. That was until I bought the Wilton Bake it Better 12 Cavity Bar Pan. This is the perfect pan because there are twelve squares of even size in this pan. You just scoop even amounts of your batter or dough into the pan, and your bars are cooked in even sizes. These are pretty easy to get out of the pan once you bake whatever type of food you're making, and they cook evenly every time. It's also nice that the pan has the ability to make twelve bars at one time-this saves on time. This is a little difficult to wash, since it needs to be washed by hand, and you need to wash the twelve individual sections in the pan. Ease of Cleaning This is a little difficult to clean since you need to wash it by hand, and it's like washing 12 separate pans, since each compartment needs to be washed individually. Doesn't Stick I never had a problem with anything sticking to the edges of this pan.

I had to buy myself another Wilton pan. I just had to as they work so well for my baking needs. I like to bake items and wanted to have a pan with the individual sections to keep portion control for those of us who really like our baked goodies. This pan is a heavy weight pan. Not flimsy at all as some pans are. It has a lot going for it including being scratch resistant and dishwasher safe as well. Besides this being a great pan to use, there is one more thing I need to tell you. This Wilton pan has a Lifetime Warranty with it for the original purchaser. I guess that will work for me! I love using Wilton Bakeware as it is affordable and there are many choices for me with my baking needs. With the Wilton pan, you should not use abrasive materials, sharp knifes or metal objects such as a metal spatula as it could damage the non-stick coating.
