Wilton Angel Food Cake Pan Review

Making angel food cakes has been in my family for a very very long time. When I was a young girl I would go over to my great grandmothers house and I would love to help her make angel food cakes. She only used Wilton pans. She always only used the "good stuff" It was important for her to do things right. She was a very good cook and is famous in our family for making those cakes. When I recently got married my grandmother  whose mother was the famous cake maker, gave me a very special shower gift. It was a gift bag and in it were all of the ingredients of how to make an angel food cake. All of the baking supplies including the Wilton cake pan. It was a neat gift. I love my Wilton pans because they are truly non stick. This makes clean up so much easier. There is no major scrubbing to when it comes to dishes usually a light scub will get the job done. They are also very durable pans. I would recommened these pans for any cooks.
