Wilton 12" Disposable Decorating Bags Reviews

Wilton offers three types of decorating bags, reusable, parchment and disposable. The reusable bags come in the starter kit (also available separately). They are nice and strong and reusable. They are a pain to wash thoroughly though. — Professionals on TV use the parchment bags. That would be my preference, but I use a stiff icing recipe so that I can get the result I want. I love using these decorating bags. They are very easy to use and they make my cake decorating hobby so much easier. These bags can be used by professionals and amateurs. I have never had professional bakers training, but I found these decorating bags so easy to use. The one downside is that they leak out of the top. However, this situation is remedied by sealing the top with some kind of tie. I love that they are disposable and I don't have to worry about cleaning them thouroughly. I loved baking from an early age. I used to use all my mom's baking and decorating items. She had parchment bags and different tips. — When I got married and needed to get my own stuff, I got a few of the parchment bags, but stumbled across these disposable ones. I love this product!!! If you enjoy decorating cakes. These are a must have.  It's so much easier to me to toss these bags into the garbage than to try and clean the other ones.  Especially if you just got a small area to decorate you don't even have to use a coupler and that's even less clean up.  —  Great product to have for Mother's that really don't have the extra 20 minutes to spend cleaning up the featherweight bags. —… read full review »

I love the Wilton disposable icing bags!! They are FABULOUS!!!  These bags allow you to decorate a cake without having to wash the icing bags, like you used to have to do.  You simply put the icing in the bag, with the tips attached, and decorate.  How much easier could it get???  When you're done, toss it in the trash, just remember to take you tips, and couplers… read full review »
