okay for a beginning player but won't "grow" with child

This is a great, inexpensive racquet for a child who has indicated an interest in learning tennis. Unfortunately, as your child grows and becomes more adept at the sport, this racquet will quickly need to be replaced by something that can be stung at a tighter tension. Good for young beginner

It is good if you under the age of 8 mainly because it is Wilson. It is also good because the spongebob character on the racket is enjoyable for kids under the age of 8. I wouldn't really recommend this to anybody mainly because I could use the money for something better.

The Wilson Spongebob 19-in Youth Tennis Raquet, made by Wilson, is great for small children and features a cartoon character that children love, Spongebob. I would reccomend it to toddlers- kindergarders, but after that, it's best to just buy a bigger one.
