Great choice

walking and running, a cold baller, a spectactor, playing recreational sports, strength training, practical
Pros

    excellent weight and balance, perfect grip

Cons
    No outdoor use.

This is one of the best basketballs I've ever played with. Had great grip and control. Felt good off the dribble and coming off the hand. We used these in high school and I would highly recommend it to anyone. You wouldn't want to use this outside since it would attract dirt but it is an indoor ball.
