Williams Sonoma has a well-deserved reputation as being a provider of classic, functional products for serious cooks and bakers. The higher-than-average price tag on most of the inventory reflects the quality of the merchandise.
When I clicked on the item I was interested in, I was stunned to find that it was actually affordable at only $15. At a store where a pie dish can set you back almost $50, I was glad to discover that the site contains at least a few items that are not overly expensive.
In addition to the product I purchased, Williams-Sonoma sells products related to bakery, tabletop, glassware, cutlery, furnishings, electrics, cookware, gadgets and tools, and more. I did spend a little time browsing the Sale pages, but didn't find any real bargains. Unless, of course, a $200 chrome hot chocolate pot reduced to $79.99 is your idea of a great deal.
Overall, it's nice to know that if you are in the market for quality merchandise from a reputable retailer, Williams-Sonoma is only a mouse click away. I may not use them to buy every day items, but I will occasionally make future purchases for those quality items I'm willing to spend a little bit more money on.
