I have shopped online with Williams-Sonoma.com numerous times and have always been pleased with the service, shipping speeds and overall experience. Williams-Sonoma.com is a home cook's dream store. They carry everything from cooking utensils, kitchen accent pieces, specialty food items, small appliances and so much more. The website is beautiful and easy to shop around on. Everything is neatly labeled and organized, making is simple to find exactly what you are shopping for. Williams-Sonoma.com frequently has online sales, as well as offering free shipping. I am on the email list and they also will email coupons and alerts about sales directly to my email. My wife hinted to me she wanted a Nespresso Pixie Coffee Maker from William Sonoma. So I logged in and ordered one that was on sale. I got my confirmation that my order was accepted and I was looking forward to getting an early gift for my wife. I then got an email the next day saying that they regretted to inform me that they are out of stock. But I go to their website and they have the exact same item on their website for the NON Sale price. I call and they say that the sale was over and they would not sell me the sale priced item that they now have in stock. The customer service agent laughed that I thought she was lying to me and then hung up the call. Possibly worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ease of Use The website tells you they have a product in stock and then you waste the time to order it and then get told they are out of stock. Product Selection They tell you an item is available then after you buy it say its out of stock. They won't honor a different color. Product Pricing They advertise a product for $99.00 then once you buy it they tell you its out of stock. But a couple days later they have the product back online for the full price of $179. Customer Service Customer representative had little compassion for their sites shortcomings. Then when they don't want to work with me to come up with a solution they hang up. Shipping and Returns They allow you to buy an item but never ship the item. Then they tell you its available a couple days later at full price.

When you go to the homepage, there are pictures of items made by using their products. There are so many different departments you can shop from, which makes the whole shopping process a lot easier so you can just look at one area and not get overwhelmed. You can also type in the name of the product if you know exactly what you are shopping for. There is also a section where people can post their reviews and comments about items they purchased. This is really helpful if you are trying to decide what product to purchase. I always try to read these comments before I buy anything from williams-sonoma.com. My favorite purchase is always their cookie cutters. If you wait until after the holiday, you can go on their website and get a great deal on these types of items. The check out process is really easy and all of the items shipped in a timely manner and arrived exactly how I thought they would.

I love walking through this store. I love browsing online. This store has high quality items that come at a high cost, but definitely are worth it. Online there's so much more items in the store, it feels like at least. And it's all at your finger tips. They have great deals online as well. I will sometimes just visit this website to get ideas of future gifts or things I want, and then I"ll try to find it discounted somewhere else. I wish prices were more affordable, but if you search you can find some affordable items. Also what I love about this store is that they are always doing demonstrations or cooking or baking something that you can try. They also have a Agraian category, where they have a lot of homegrown options. Things that are to help you do things yourself, which I find fascinating. That is certainly trending right now and they are on top of that. Of course, they have some great food items available, from spices, to prepped food to dips and mixes. High quality items.

I absolutely love shopping on Williams-Sonoma.com, particularly for my cookware. Whenever, I need to update my kitchen, this is my go-to website. Great quality for reasonable price! I have ordered cookware from them many times and I have been very happy with the quality of my order each time. Their website is great, user friendly and easy to navigate. I had a problem with one of my orders recently and I contacted their customer service, I was surprised with the way they dealt with it. Just for that, I would give them full marks. Besides cookware, I have also ordered some cutlery and cooks' tools. I was satisfied with my purchases. I also like to browse through their recipe collection on the website. They have some wonderful recipes categorized as per courses. I have even tried a few of them with great results. I purchased three Shun Kai knives from online at Williams-Sonoma. They are buy no means inexpensive, so I did a lot of research before choosing this brand. I found them for the cheapest price online at Williams-Sonoma so I decided to purchase them. Shipping was quick and the knives all came very well packaged in individual boxes. I like this because I actually store them in these boxes when they are not in use. The knives were incredibly sharp right out of the package and were beautiful. About a year later I notice the tip of my chef knife was bent. I couldn't figure out how this could be and I was really upset about it. I looked on the Shun Kai website about what to do and they say to contact the retailer it was purchased from. I called Williams-Sonoma and they said to just bring the knife into any store and ask for an exchange. A few weeks later I went and did as I was told on the phone and got the knife exchanged. No problems, super easy, in and out. I actually still can't believe it was that easy. So based on that experience alone, I would purchase from them again.

I really like Williams-Sonoma and the high quality products that they have. The only way I would be able to shop here though is if they are running a great sale on their web site. I also received a gift card for my wedding and was able to purchase some very nice baking pans that have held up very well. Williams-Sonoma is a higher end company, so you will just have to expect to pay a little bit higher prices. But the quality of their products is amazing, and I have been happy with everything I have purchased. The Williams-Sonoma.com website also has a place where you can sign up for a wedding registry which is really nice. They offer sales and free shipping from time to time, and I have never had any problems with any of my orders or shopping experience. The only deterrent I think may be sticker shock of sorts at first on some of their products. But the quality is outstanding and their products will last you a really long time.

I really love the high quality products that Williams-Sonoma offers. I have purchased various items from WilliamsSonoma.com over the years, and I still have most of them even today, as they are durable and high quality. What I like the most about Williams-Sonoma is the fact that they carry very fancy and unusual items that are difficult to find elsewhere. Once I was browsing the website and came across their corn silk remover. I placed the order immediately, as I was in need of such an ingenious product. I really like grilled corn and grill corn on a regular basis. However, the downside of grilling was the stubborn silk that was difficult to remove. This corn silk remover was a life savior! It is very effective and helps get rid of the entire silk. Another interesting product that I purchased from WilliamsSonoma.com is the egg timer. It still works great after numerous uses. The principle of this egg timer is a color change based on the temperature change. Also, I like the garlic grater they carry. Overall, I have been pleased with all my purchases from WilliamsSonoma.com because of their high quality and slick products.

I love exploring high-end cookware stores such as Williams-Sonoma and Sur la Table - so I really try to avoid the mall to minimize the damage to my wallet. Unfortunately, Williams-Sonoma.com is so easy and fun to browse that I think I would actually do better financially at the store! The website is pretty, yet unpretentious. Sure, the products aren't cheap, but you do need to pay more for higher quality items - and Williams-Sonoma has great customer service if you're not sure if you're getting what you need or have questions about something. Usually, you can find some sort of shipping deal on the website, or even special deals on certain departments which may not be available in store. That goes a long way to making me feel better about a little impulse purchasing! One of the unique things is that they're very clear about which products are online-only, or exclusive to Williams-Sonoma. If you're shopping for a gift for a picky person, it's nice to know that the item you've carefully selected for them won't be on the clearance shelf at a department store in a month.

I love the store but can't always go that far to go shopping there so i look on line at there site to get something for my husband for christmas ( he loves to cook ) but it was hard to type in an item and get that one item to come up. It took a lot of searching in different categories just to find what i was looking for .I did order and that was easy to check out and shipping price was what i would expect but my box got here very quickly and the updates and tracking were on point every step of the way. BUT now that i have ordered on line i get at least one email every day . I do not like that , if i want to buy more i will base that on your product and service not how many e-mails i get a day from you . as far as the product ... I love the hand towels i would like to get the washcloths next and the salt and pepper dish was bigger then i thought it would be so happy it is though very cute and the picture was very close to the item when it came to shade and size .
