Williams-Sonoma Nonstick Goldtouch Rectangular Cake Pan —

I am a big fan of the Williams-Sonoma store because they feature great cooking and bakeware products. I was a little hesitant on spending the retail price of $28 for this baking pan, but it proved to be one of the best purchases I have ever done. This pan is so great for baking cakes, brownies and bar desserts because it is nonstick, so you never have to use cooking sprays or waxed paper. This pan is so amazing because I have used it so many times and it never scratches, and even my ooey gooey chocolate bars never stick. If you accidentally leave that cake in the oven too long and get some burnt pieces, don't worry because this cake pan is so easy and simple to clean. This pan is made with a special aluminum coating so that it promotes even baking on all your desserts and won't crack or peel. This is a great investment for any cook, and definitely worth the price because it is high quality.
