Williams-Sonoma Mulling Spices are a great buy! They are made up of Cinnamon, Cloves, Allspice berries and Orange peel. You can use them to create a warm drink of apple cider or red wine. I do not drink either of these, but I do put a few spoonfulls of the mulling spices in boiling water for a few hours. It releases a great smeall and naturally cleans the air. I highly recommend trying this!

I just started using mulling spices in my herbal tea (I saw Oprah do it once and it sounded good). It changes the flavor slightly and tastes really good.
