Williams-Sonoma Monkey Bread Baking Mold —

I never knew what Monkey Bread was until I saw it featured in the Williams-Sonoma catalog and it sounded like a great treat. I love having friends over for brunch but am always looking for something easy and unique to serve. This Monkey Bread mold sounded so great, and it proved to be a great buy. The mold retails for about $28 and you can buy the easy baking mix to go along with it for a few dollars more. This is such a great treat to serve for breakfast or dessert. The mold is dishwasher safe and nonstick. I used the Monkey Bread baking mix and it was so easy. You just combine your wet ingredients with the mix and knead the dough together. The dough is then pulled apart and rolled into a mixture of cinnamon, sugar and spices and placed in the pan. The bread is baked and comes out ooey and gooey and tastes delicious. This Monkey Bread tastes so much better than the usual dry cinnamon rolls and everytime I have used it, the dessert comes out moist and tasty. The mold is easy to clean and you'll want to use it over and over again for your sweet and savory desserts.
