William Sonoma Home Review

I recently made a purchase through the William Sonoma Home Catalog. I was in search of the best bath towels on the market-- well, the most luxurious towels-- for my family! I hadnt bought towels in a long time. I wanted hotel quality towels or something comparable. I heard through the grapevine that the William Sonoma 600-thread count towels were divine so I placed an order for them.

Given that you dont buy bath towels every day, I placed a large order. I had my towels monogrammed and to my surprise, when they arrived, a few of them had holes in them. Literally, HOLES. I couldnt believe it. William Sonoma typically has high quality products.

I called customer service and they told me they would rush me out another set of towels. They apologized profusely and told me to keep the monogrammed towels for my dogs. Given that they were actually bath sheets (HUGE!), I was able to cut off the bottom and use them quite effectively for my little dogs! Good idea.

William Sonoma Home customer service was exceptional and while I didnt have my towels for an extra week, I still was left as a very happy customer. It definitely pays to shop someplace nice!
