I was introduced to the taste of Wild Vines Blackberry Merlot about three years ago on a camping trip. We were sitting by the campfire and a friend of mine offered me a glass of her wine.I had never had blackberry wine and I absolutely loved it! The rest is history and the Wild Vines Blackberry Merlot has been one of my favorite wines ever since! This wine is exceptionally good because it is neither too dry or too sweet. It has a very light, refreshingly crisp flavor. I have shared this wine with quite a few others and it has fast become a favorite of both my mother and my daughter-in-law.... review »

I'm not a fan of red wines, but this one got my taste buds buzzing.   The Blackberry Merlot is sweet & fruity with out being overly sweet.   The down side to this is that because it's so tasty, you can drink more than you think you have.  It is wonderful as a wine spritzer as well.

I have never been much of a wine drinker, but at a recent party I fell in love with the flavor of Wild Vines Blackberry Merlot.  The taste wasn't too dry or too sweet and it was good enough to have a couple of glasses.  This wine has the delicious taste of a merlot with the sweet taste of fresh ripened blackberries.  This is my new favorite wine and retails for under $10 so it is a bargain of flavor.  Each 8 ounce serving is around 170 calories plus it is alcohol so you need to monitor your consumption.  This is great for a social gathering and has a great sweet and fruity flavor.

I often try new wines and at a visit to the liquor store saw Wild Vines Blackberry Merlot.  I bought it but tried the other wines I had purchased first.  So the WV was chillin in the fridge for a couple weeks before I tried it.  A friend was over and spotted it.  She wanted to try it also.  We drank the whole bottle and both loved it.  It is sweet but not too sweet.  Perfect!  I keep a bottle chillin at all times.  I love a glass or 2 when I am just hangin out.

This is a fine wine product which my friends and I used to laugh about, but I'm not laughing anymore.  I tried the Wild Vines Blackberry Merlot and fell in love with it.  You can find a few bottles of this fine wine product in my wine cabinet at all times.  I still haven't given up my love of wine, but I also enjoy a glass of Wild Vines Blackberry Merlot quite frequently in the evenings while I am cooking dinner or just relaxing.  The price is very affordable.  Keep up the good work!

I like red wine the best and I was looking for something different.  I bought a bottle of this wine and I have drank nothing else since then.  I have also tried the Strawberry, which is very good, but my favorite is the Blackberry Merlot.

Okay, let's get serious. Too call this wine, is to insult the entire oeonophilic industry. This is essentially Hawaiian Punch for adults. I suspect that it is marketed towards young people who are taking their first baby-steps into some errantly perceived sense of being grown up. Okay, I guess bums, vagrants, and your local corner wino will like it too.

I have been a wine drinker for many years and I can tell you that the very first time I tasted Wild Vines Blackberry Merlot I fell in love with it.  It is a sweet wine that is not dry at all like some other Merlots. It is the perfect mix of fruity taste with a full body and nice rich color. I promise you if you try it you will not be sorry.  Many of my friends who have tried it, have made it their new favorite too. They all know when they come over to my house that it is the only thing to bring their hostess!  Give it a try! You won't be sorry!
