If you are like me and not big on drinking spirits, Turkey is perfect. It has a delightful scent that doesn't leave nostrils burning. From the time that Turkey hits the palet it is smooth and alive. If not mixed with soda, juice, or water, will leave a slight burning. The smoothness of Turkey is one to be desired, especially if mixed with a soda or half with water.
