So like, you want to rock out don't you dude?  But do you have the money and time needed to actually become a performing gig?  Didn't think so.  Not to worry, there's always Rock Band!  Get a couple of friends, some drinks, some food, and you're good to go on ROCKING OUT.  You can have a drummer, bassist, guitarist, and a vocalist, all you really need to start your own band.  Sure, it's virtual, but it sure is fun to play!  If you're bored, or just at a party with random people, you all will get along as soon as you guys start playing!  This game is a must to anyone who owns a PS3, Wii,... review »

Rock Band is so much fun. Especially when you get a few friends together add some drinks and before you know it your neighbors are calling at 3 am to turn the music down. Expand the music library with expansion packs and you can play for days.  World tour mode puts some pressure on for those that are looking for more of a mission based game but this is really about having fun with friends. It would be nice to have a kids mode that doesn't fail out so the kids can play,  but it will challenge them to learn how to play on the easy level.  Tutorials are good as well and I really like how you can... review »

Fun for everyone...even people who "don't like video games"

I just want to say that rock band is a fantastic game that you will only have to play once to get hooked.  Most of my friends are gamers, but even my girlfriend and her friends that don't play games love rockband.  You get the drum set, a guitar, and a mic with the game, and each instrument is a lot of fun to play.  You can play with friends, or you can play with the instrument of your choosing and play by yourself.  The song list is a lot of fun and fairly diverse, so everyone should find music that they will want to play.  It's one of the most interactive games I have ever seen and is a... review »

Rock Band is the most innovative simulation rock game since guitar hero was a twinkle in neversoft's goofy eye. There are more tracks better gameplay better graphics than all the guitar hero product's to date. So if you find yourself singing black sabbath in the shower don't fret there's a stage for you and it's right in your living room. Rush to your local store and pick up a copy of Rock Band and Instrument set. rock band for the nintendo wii is a outstanding video game one of the best games i have ever played maybe an average looking game but the game play is why the game is great you can sing to the songs thourgh the mic play the drums the the drum pads i like the drums play bass gutiar or rock out to the lead guitar fun for the one two three or four player mode its fun for the hole family my nine year old boy loves this game one of the best games out there online is fun as heck play with people from you city to around the world

I love Rock band for the wii.  I love the fact that no matter our ages, we can play it together as a family and all have fun.

The only frustrating thing is the fact that the microphone and drums plug in to the system and the electric guitar uses batteries (non-rechargable). Ultimalely, we end up without a guitar whenever we run out of batteries.  Wisih we could use the Wiimote battery pack/ charger.

Looking forward to more songs on rock band 2.

The Rock Band game is awesome!  Our family will sit and play this all night and never even realize how much time has passed.  It has helped get my son really into learning an instrument and now he has mastered the Rock Band drums and moved onto taking drum lessons.  I do not know if we would have even found out about hi incredibledrumming skills without seeing on the Rock Band set first.  Absolutely Great Game!

Rock Band for the Wii is awesome! I was skeptical because the Wii isn't much of a hardcore gaming system, but Rock Band...well...rocks! The songs are good, they have expansion CDs and it's fun to play with your friends. The only thing I don't like about it is the fact you can't combine Rock Band 1 and 2 like you can on other gaming systems.

I was skeptical about buying Rock Band since I already owned Guitar Hero.  I thought the drums would be fun but not sure if it would be worth the money.  Not only are the drums amazing but the vocals might be the funnest part of the game to play.  Definitely worth it and the more people you play with the better!

Rock BAnd for the wii is so awesome. Everytime i play i want to play some more. If you have not yet bought this game you better go get it now! I really love playing this game even my grandma plays with me. How ridiculous is that. GO GRANNY! Everyone can play this game. Its even better that..yes im gonna say it. Guitar Hero.

LOVE this product. We are Guitar Hero/Rock Band junkies in my house. Any free time we have is spent strumming away. Only downfall is that the downloadable content took too long to make it to the Wii gaming system.

What can I say is HOW MUCH DO I LOVE MY ROCK BAND

Thank you Rock band in showing my kids that there is more out there than the Hannah Montanas and Jonas Brothers

The rock ban for wii is for young adults. The songs that they offer are not kid friendly, at least not for mine.  On the other side my kids have fun playing the instruments.
